Crepes!

See--look! I've already posted again and it's been only 5 minutes!

I just wanted to point out a really lovely crepes recipe to anyone who is interested. We have recently started participating in a Supper Club, and the last theme was "A Night in Provence." We were charged with bringing dessert. My husband wanted to make crepes, which was fine. I did all of the prep, including making the batter, but the actual cooking of the crepes was left to my husband, who is much more skilled at things that involve the stove top.
